Set Etiquette Courses
Are you or someone you know interested in working in film in the Maritime Provinces? This course may be just what you need to get started!
IATSE Local 849 is a labour union that represents Motion Picture Technicians in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI. We offer an introduction to the world of filmmaking and go over the dos and don'ts of working on set. The Film Industry Orientation course (formerly known as Set Etiquette) is a requirement of anybody looking to become a referral, sister, or full member and is strongly recommended to anyone else looking to work on set.
If you have taken a Set Etiquette Course through another IATSE Local or organization or would like to have the requirement waived, please complete this form.
