Hours: Full Time (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM)
Term: Full-Time Permanent
Direct Report: Operations Manager
Rate of Pay: $20/hr starting - negotiable after 3 months
Location: 1-617 Windmill Road, 2nd Floor, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (Local 849 office)
Deadline to Apply: 11:59 p.m. AST on March 12 March 31, 2023
2022 Holiday Closure
The Local 849 office will be closed from December 22, 2022, through January 4, 2023. Staff will return to the office on January 5th to prepare for what will hopefully be another busy year of production.

At this time the union office will remain operational but due to health and safety concerns for our staff, the doors will be closed to the public. New Staff
Welcome to our new Operations and Communications Co-ordinator Jake Ivany. Jake is in the office full time, Monday-Friday and in addition to office management he will be taking on all of Maureen's responsibilities when she retires in August.
Sébastien Régimbald is our intern through the Canada Summer Jobs Program. He is in the office for 30 hours a week. He has been tasked with updating all member info. Expect a call from him sometime over the next few weeks.
Both Jake and Sébastien are graduates of the NSCC Screen Arts program.
